The 2. 2- year- old certainly didn't waste any time celebrating in style because she was joined in Jamaica with judges Abbey Clancy, Paul Schulfor, Hilary Alexander and Nicky Johnston to toast the win. The 5ft 1. 1ins brunette is now a Size 8 but dropped a 'life- changing' amount of weight when she was 1. Originally from Wales, Chloe was selected in the to competed against 1. Thursday night's Lifetime UK show. She was dressed in a long and elegant black gown, like the other two competitors, when she was lined up in front of the fashion professionals to receive the good news. The trio were required to brave sweltering heat in couture wedding gowns for their final shoot in Episode 1. Chloe's was the picture of the week for one final time. Chloe broke down in tears when the news was announced by former contestant Abbey, who's now married to footballer Peter Crouch. The young model has overcome a battle with her weight in order to find herself competiting for BNTM. Speaking to The Daily Post earlier this year, Chloe said of the transformation: 'Deciding to lose that weight was life- changing, as it really changed the way I looked, and I did it just by exercising and changing the way I ate.' Crowned: The brunette was told that her final picture was named picture of the week and so she had won. Celebrations: The group are in Jamaica where the Lifetime UK competition ended. Congratulations: She was the one that everyone wanted to talk to after the announcement. She added: 'I am on top of the world, I've come joint second in Britain's Next Top Model and I thought that would never happen in a million years. I came in here with the goal of getting half way through and I came second place.'Meanwhile, Angel said she was feeling 'sad', explaining: 'I knew Chloe was going to win. I said her book is strong and she's gone very far for somebody who has no modelling experience, that takes beautiful pictures, pushes boundaries. I just wish I could have won. Speaking to The Daily Post on Thursday, Chloe's mum described her pride, saying: 'I've always said Chloe is beautiful.'She deserves to be in the final as she's such a lovely girl inside and out. She's doing great, I'm watching the show tonight at a party but I can't say where.'Telling mum: She was later filmed making a phonecall as she cried into her phone. Good competitors: Both of Chloe's competitors said the best woman won. The judges: The fashionistas in the know were in agreement about the best picture.
